Before the washed wool can be put into the filling, it is hand teased to get as much air in it. This gives its unique lightness.

 

The quilts are reversible and it is possible, if you wish, to choose a different material for each side.

The quilts come in different sizes from mini to kingsize for the larger bed.  The mini is very popular with the elderly as it can be used from in a car to the living room - just pop it over your shoulder or knees and makes an ideal gift. Please see the Ordering link for prices.

The quilts have been featured in several UK national newspapers, including The Times, The Telegraph as well as various magazine articles.  Recently her quilts have been used in a a show apartment - part of a large development in Abergavenny.  They have been chosen by the National Woolen Museum, Carmarthernshire, Wales.

As the wool used for the filling is stitched in place in pockets, it cannot move.  It also gives the quilt a wonderful flexibility.

When washing your quilt, use a warm wool setting.  Do not spin dry.  They can also be handwashed

They can of course be dry cleaned.  To keep in good condition just give a good shake every now and again, and your quilt should last for years.
